At Birdseye we serve family-style Thai, Lao and Vietnamese dishes. We use organic chicken, grass-fed beef, organic eggs, non-gmo organic tofu and always organic produce when possible. We use grass-fed beef bones and whole organic chickens for our soup stocks which are prepared fresh daily. We use non-GMO rice bran oil for all our cooking. We feature a thoughtfully curated wine & craft beer list as well as a full bar with specialty craft cocktails. We are a locally-owned family-run restaurant, come visit us.
