At Birdseye we serve family-style Thai, Lao and Vietnamese dishes. We cook w/ AVOCADO OIL and EVOO. THE FRYER OIL IS AVOCADO OIL. We use ORGANIC CHICKEN, GRASS-FED BEEF, WILD SEAFOOD, ORGANIC EGGS, NON-GMO ORGANIC TOFU and ORGANIC DAIRY. We use GRASS-FED BEEF BONES and whole ORGANIC CHICKENS for our soup stocks which are prepared fresh daily. We use ORGANIC PRODUCE WHEN POSSIBLE. We feature a thoughtfully curated wine & craft beer list as well as a full bar with specialty craft cocktails. We are a locally-owned family-run restaurant, come visit us.
